Sometimes, I think I have normal job.

I write software. I help people with software.

But then

I remember how an undersea cable was cut, maybe off the coast of Africa. And that affected my work that day.

And the time I gave a talk to an auditorium of people in Finland. From my basement, far away from Finland.
